My little mad cat who thought she was invincible, until today my kids and me found her little body in the grass dead, she had been knocked down. We then looked for her collar on the busy road mangled under the weight of the traffic. My best friend helpd my son bring her home and we buried her in our backyard next to the mini apple tree she played on. I will miss boo so much. Thanks for being our baby, love you for ever sweety. hope your not chasing to many dogs up there! Your mum(bam)and your family wont forget you. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Rainbow Bridge

Just this side of Heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge. When an
animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet
goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our
special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of
food, water and sunshine and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and
vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong
again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times
gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small
thing: they each miss someone very special, someone who was left
behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly
stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; his
eager body begins to quiver. Suddenly, he breaks from the group,
flying over the green grass, faster and faster. You have been
spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling
together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses
rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and
you look once more into those trusting eyes, so long gone from your
life, but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross the Rainbow Bridge together...

For Boo Boo on her special day

Four Feet In Heaven♥

Your favorite chair is vacant now...
No eager purrs to greet me.♥
No softly padded paws to run
Ecstatically to meet me.♥
No coaxing rubs, no plaintive cry
Will say it's time for feeding.♥
I've put away your bowl, and all
The things you won't be needing;♥
But I will miss you little friend,
For I could never measure♥
The happiness you brought me,
The comfort and the pleasure.♥
And since God put you here to share
In earthly joy and sorrow;♥
I'm sure there'll be a place for you
In Heaven's bright tomorrow...♥

Tiny Paw Prints:Boo Boo

♥These are my tiny paw prints, so perfect and so small.
These tiny little paw prints, no longer touch the ground at all.♥

♥Not one tiny paw print, for now I have my wings.
These tiny little paw prints are now meant for other things.♥

♥You will hear my tiny paw prints, in the patter of the rain
Gentle drops like angel tears, of joy and not from pain.♥

♥You will see my tiny paw prints, in each butterfly's lazy dance.
I'll let you know I'm with you, if you give me just a chance.♥

♥You will see my tiny paw prints, in the rustle of the leaves.
I will whisper names into the wind, and call each one that grieves.♥

♥Most of all, these tiny paw prints, are found within your heart
Because even though I'm gone, we'll never truly part♥

Beyond the Rainbow

As much as I loved the life we had and all the times we played,
I was so very tired and knew my time on earth would fade.
I saw a wondrous image then of a place that's trouble-free
Where all of us can meet again to spend eternity.

I saw the most beautiful Rainbow, and on the other side
Were meadows rich and beautiful -- lush and green and wide!
And running through the meadows as far as the eye could see
Were animals of every sort as healthy as could be!
My own tired, failing body was fresh and healed and new
And I wanted to go run with them, but I had something left to do.

I needed to reach out to you, to tell you I'm alright
That this place is truly wonderful, then a bright Glow pierced the night.
'Twas the Glow of many Candles shining bright and strong and bold
And I knew then that it held your love in its brilliant shades of gold.

For although we may not be together in the way we used to be,
We are still connected by a cord no eye can see.
So whenever you need to find me, we're never far apart
If you look beyond the Rainbow and listen with your heart.

No more cat tracks on the floor, muddy scratches on the door, puffs of hair upon the stairs lacy fretwork on the chairs,
Indentations on my bed, markings where you laid your head.Smudges on the window pane showing where you watched in vain.Haunts where you was wont to lay remind us that you are away.
My house is neater that is true
but oh how still and empty to.

(Even ones that chased him) So I'll pass it on to you with love X

xx

Warm light coming from far below,
Twinkling, sparkling is the candle's glow.
All is well up on the ridge,
The place we know as Rainbow Bridge.

Furbabies sleeping in heaven's light,
Tended by candles in the night.
Peaceful dreams be theirs to keep,
As they slumber in this night so deep.

Hearts on earth that miss them so,
Take comfort in the candle's glow.
Watching for them in skies above,
Bound eternally by a cord of love
